Operations Manager - NPI & Production Transfers

The Operations Manager leads the cross-functional team through new product introduction and production transfers, ensuring readiness for build, test, and delivery at target quality, cost, and schedule. This role partners with Engineering early in development to incorporate operational requirements and design for manufacturability, while driving the closure of risks and gaps before production launch. The position also oversees production transfers to other facilities, coordinating buildouts, staffing, and qualification to maintain quality and delivery commitments.
