The Operations Manager leads restaurant, bar, café, kitchen, conference, events, and housekeeping operations at Rydges Pit Lane, building a high-performing team and maintaining excellent standards. When the General Manager is away, this role takes the lead across the entire hotel. The position focuses on inspiring teams, shaping Food and Beverage and Housekeeping strategies, and driving financial performance and efficiency. It requires a leader with a commercial mindset, experience in hotel operations, and the ability to step into full hotel leadership when needed.
