The Operations Manager leads CLEAR’s airport team, reporting to the General Manager and owning sales performance, KPIs, and day-to-day station operations. This role focuses on coaching and developing hourly Ambassadors in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment to drive membership growth and excellent member experiences. The manager also ensures operational integrity and compliance with CLEAR and TSA policies while collaborating with partners to optimize station performance.
