About this role

The Operations Manager owns the end-to-end production value stream, driving operational performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency targets. This role leads a cross-functional production team and collaborates with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes. The position operates on second shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) and focuses on applying Lean principles and data-driven problem solving to support long-term business growth.
