The Operations Manager is the senior operational leader for the Panthers IceDen within the Arena Operations department, supporting the organization’s facilities and community-focused activities. This full-time, exempt role reports to the General Manager and contributes to the long-term stewardship, safety culture, and organizational goals of the Florida Panthers organization. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and represents the team in interactions with vendors, contractors, and external agencies.
