About this role
The Operations Manager is the onsite leader responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the hotel and representing the property in the absence of the Assistant General Manager. The role focuses on delivering guest satisfaction, managing associate engagement, controlling expenses, and ensuring overall product and service quality to meet hotel goals. The manager prepares the hotel for daily business and supports achievement of performance objectives across front desk, food service, housekeeping and administrative functions.
