Ferguson is seeking an Operations Manager for its Distribution Center in Savannah, GA, responsible for leading all aspects of a 750 square foot distribution center with 80 hourly warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the operational functions of the Distribution Center
Develop Department Managers
Maintain open lines of communication with all associates
Review and audit operational procedures and performance KPIs
Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success
