Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will work closely with the COO and Chief of Staff to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, lead high‑impact projects, and build scalable systems across finance, HR, legal, and compliance. This in‑office role in San Francisco’s Mission Bay involves managing financial operations, reviewing contracts, planning company events, and supporting hiring and vendor management in a fast‑growing biotech data infrastructure startup.
