Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, including SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, backend assembly, and cleanroom operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution of production plans. The role is responsible for meeting safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction targets while developing a high‑performing team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
