The Operations Manager leads the production department to efficiently manufacture and ship budgeted product volumes while meeting safety, environmental, and quality objectives. This role provides leadership, coaching, and direction across shift teams, collaborates with maintenance, quarry, quality, and process functions, and serves as the plant manager’s backup.
