Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will provide overall leadership for manufacturing operations at the Anderson, South Carolina facility, overseeing production, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement functions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and achieving key safety, quality, and cost objectives while supporting the organization's strategic growth plans. The position requires leading cross-functional teams to implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.
