Operations Manager

HII - Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee aviation flight operations, mission planning, and operational execution for the Department of State’s INL/A Air Wing across multiple global locations. The role involves coordinating with U.S. Embassy Country Teams, INL/A representatives, and other contractors to ensure safe, effective, and compliant flight operations for mixed fixed and rotary wing fleets. The position requires extensive global operations experience, deep knowledge of U.S. Government and international aviation standards, and the ability to lead diverse, multinational teams in complex environments.
