Operations Manager

This role supports all aspects of distribution and fulfillment activities while leading the implementation of Kenco’s Operating System with a focus on labor management. The position provides strategic and tactical operational support, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with corporate programs and customer contractual agreements. The incumbent is responsible for managing resources, optimizing site performance, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
