Operations Manager

This role oversees and directs the entire range of Logistics, Warehousing, Production, and PreFinish functions within the division. The position is responsible for developing and implementing an Order Fulfillment strategy that ensures timely and cost-effective product distribution while promoting continuous improvement programs. The incumbent manages all aspects of warehousing, delivery, and value-add functions, including materials management, production control, quality control, and safety. Additionally, the role involves leading efforts to reduce operating costs, improve productivity, and lower overall cost per unit.
