Operations Manager

The Operations Manager serves as a key operational partner supporting the efficient functioning of Settlement Housing Fund across all departments and staff locations. The position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operational activities, facilities management, office administration, technology support coordination, and employee onboarding logistics. Working closely with the Director of Operations and Grants Administration, the role ensures that organizational systems, facilities, equipment, and administrative operations effectively support the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
