Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads the Whangarei Depot, overseeing a large and diverse workforce of over 150 employees and a fleet of more than 170 vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transport services. This critical leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the depot, managing performance, compliance, and resource planning while fostering a positive and high-performing culture. The position requires flexibility to support a 24/7 operation and respond to operational issues outside of standard business hours.
