Operations Manager

This role provides leadership and oversight for all RED operations at The Westin Resort Frenchmans Reef, including beach operations, watersports, retail, and tours and activities. The position focuses on driving revenue, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing staff development and vendor relationships. The incumbent will collaborate with hotel leadership to implement sales strategies and maintain operational excellence.
