Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees all non-clinical operations of the ABA clinic to ensure an efficient, safe, and organized environment for staff, clients, and families. This role manages administrative and front desk staff, coordinates building and facility operations, and supports the seamless onboarding and integration of new team members. The position works closely with clinical leadership to align operational systems with the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality care.
