Operations Manager

The Operations Manager serves as the senior onsite leader of Central Wire's Fond du Lac manufacturing facility, overseeing daily operations across three production shifts and a team of approximately 15 employees. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing operations while driving improvements in productivity, processes, and team performance. The position provides onsite leadership and accountability for production, employee performance, safety, chemical management, and operational execution.
