Operations Manager

Blankenship CPA Group is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to work from its Brentwood, TN office, assisting in managing the firm’s practice management systems, operations, workflows, and related processes. This role maintains firmwide standards for operational efficiency, resource coordination, technology alignment, and multi-office consistency while collaborating with leadership to strengthen internal processes and support compliance. The Operations Manager will contribute to the firm’s long-term operational strategy by improving client-facing operational pathways and supporting seasonal workload planning.
