Operations Manager

This role manages the day-to-day operations at the Permian Solar and BESS facility in Andrews County, TX, ensuring safe and reliable performance through collaboration with O&M service providers and local stakeholders. The position is responsible for driving a world-class QHSE culture, overseeing site performance, compliance, and budgeting, and delivering high asset availability and power production. The role requires supervisory experience and the ability to work on-call, overnight, and in adverse weather conditions.
