Operations Manager

RAND Center on AI, Security, and Technology (CAST) is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Center’s operations in a high-ownership role on a fast-moving team. This position serves as a vital connective role across the organization, enabling research teams to perform at their best while shaping the employee experience at RAND CAST. The role involves close partnership with operations leadership to develop, refine, and execute center-wide processes and initiatives. The Operations Manager will manage time-sensitive processes across functional areas, including procurement, systems, office operations, finance, and events, while delivering on top priorities within tight timelines.
