Operations Manager

This role serves as the first level of management for frontline drivers, focusing on onboarding, developing, coaching, and mentoring a team of 15-20 employees. The Operations Manager spends the majority of their time in the field, ensuring safety practices, reviewing route operations, and maintaining positive relationships with both employees and customers. The position requires early morning starts and involves conducting root cause investigations for incidents while maintaining regulatory documentation.
