Operations Manager

This role leads the upstream production function at Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery in Eneabba, Western Australia. The position involves commissioning, ramping up, and optimizing the Cracking, Leaching and Purification plant while building a high-performing team. The successful candidate will establish operational governance systems and drive a strong safety culture throughout the facility's operations.
