Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads production operations at a manufacturing facility, directing supervisors and operations personnel to achieve best-in-class performance in safety, quality, production, talent, and cost. This salaried leadership role reports directly to the Plant Leader and serves as a key member of the Natural Leadership Team, driving alignment across maintenance, EHS, quality, supply chain, finance, and human resources. The position is responsible for implementing organizational strategies, managing resources, and delivering business results while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee development.
