Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads the Operations Department for Sarens in Papua New Guinea, reporting to the Country Manager and collaborating with the local management team to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable operations. This role involves planning and allocating equipment and personnel across projects, monitoring SHEQ compliance, and driving safe working practices. The position requires managing budgets, controlling costs, and delivering accurate performance reports to Group management. Additionally, the manager is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing the operations team to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
