Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the NZT plant, ensuring the delivery of production, reliability, and performance targets in line with regulatory, client, and px Group requirements. This role involves leading the operations team, supporting operational readiness and commissioning activities, and implementing robust operational processes and safe systems of work. The position requires significant experience in process industries, particularly within major hazard environments, and a strong understanding of process safety management and regulatory compliance.
