Baker Construction
The Operations Manager is accountable to Executive and Regional Leadership for developing and implementing the BURG business plan, representing the BURG on the Regional Leadership Team, and ensuring the achievement of SQP goals and profit targets. This role leads project teams to achieve specific goals, contributes to company-wide initiatives, develops co-workers, and participates in regional business development and planning. The position is responsible for safety within the assigned BURG by perpetuating the IIF culture.
