This highly responsible position manages and supervises a staff of Budget Managers within the Office of Budget Services - Policy and Planning Unit. The role oversees the state budgetary process, monitors program office budgets, and ensures the development of key budget deliverables such as the Legislative Budget Request and Approved Operating Budget. It involves providing consultation to management and programs on budget development, financial accountability, and strategic planning to support the Department's mission.
