Operations Performance Coordinator

The Operations Performance Coordinator serves as the strategic 'eyes and ears' for the Operations Manager within Ceres Caribe’s utility line-clearing division, consolidating regional data and monitoring field activities to ensure accurate, real-time insight into productivity, compliance, and asset readiness. This role collaborates daily with Deputy Operations Managers and field leadership across Puerto Rico to establish reliable reporting systems and enhance communication between regional teams and executive leadership. Success in the first 12 months includes improving asset-tracking accuracy, strengthening resolution tracking, and supporting streamlined supply chain fulfillment.
