About this role

As a Senior Technical Operations Manager at Intersect, you will lead the operational performance of a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage assets across the ERCOT region. The role involves overseeing operational reporting, performance analytics, and SCADA data quality while ensuring market readiness and compliance with ERCOT protocols. You will collaborate with engineering, asset management, and external partners to maximize asset availability and translate complex operational data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead operational performance of utility-scale solar and battery assets
Manage ERCOT operational requirements and market readiness
Develop scalable reporting tools and data pipelines for fleet visibility
Conduct site visits to validate instrumentation and assess plant performance
Coordinate troubleshooting with OEM partners for battery system events
