About this role

The Operations Process Engineer supports day-to-day manufacturing operations at Munters' Wheel Plant by improving production processes, increasing equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on technical role collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to maximize safety, throughput, yield, and equipment uptime through root cause analysis and sustainable process development.

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting efforts for process and equipment issues
Analyze production performance to reduce downtime and scrap
Develop and implement process controls and standard work
Support equipment commissioning, startup, and validation activities
Collaborate with Quality and Operations to implement process changes

Skills

Qualifications
