About this role
The Operations Professional Development Program (OPDP) is an entry-level, three-year rotational program based in Ireland that gives recent engineering graduates hands-on experience across operations and engineering functions. Participants complete two domestic rotations and a final international rotation before graduating into a full-time Abbott role in their home country. The program includes mentorship, customized training, and relocation between Irish sites.
