About this role

The Operations Program Manager supports manufacturing operations for large aerospace and defense programs with annual revenues between $25M and $50M at RTX's Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center. This role oversees operational aspects, serves as a liaison between program management and factory management, and makes strategic decisions regarding financial performance and manufacturing plans while adhering to DOD requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute total program life cycle from bid through sustainment
Oversee manufacturing operations and coordinate daily activities
Lead cost, process, and efficiency improvement initiatives
Develop and present Estimate at Complete analysis and data
Interface with internal and external customers during reviews
