About this role

This role involves partnering with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to establish build dates and develop accurate shipping schedules based on factory capacity. The position requires executing committed ship schedules, troubleshooting production issues on the factory floor, and ensuring Customer SLA requirements are met. Additionally, the employee will track re-work requests, manage change orders, and serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Establish Clear-to-Build dates and develop accurate shipping schedules
Execute committed ship schedules and troubleshoot factory floor issues
Monitor and ensure Customer SLA requirements and cycle times are met
Track customer re-work and change order requests for cost coverage
Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and customers
