Operations & Quality Lead

The Operations & Quality Lead oversees quality, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance at the Moncton warehouse, supervising staff and coordinating daily operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role involves leading vault order processing, cycle counting, and operational document management while collaborating with various departments to resolve issues and maintain compliance. The position also requires serving as an Alternative Qualified Person in Charge for licensed controlled substance activities and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
