Operations & RFI Associate

The Operations & RFI Associate leads the coordination of timely and accurate RFI, DDQ, and RFP responses for institutional investors while providing primary support for marketing initiatives, client onboarding, and capital tracking. This role involves maintaining updated response content, developing knowledge of investment products, and acting as the lead contact for data fulfillment and wire transfer instructions. The position also includes high-touch client service, managing client directives, and maintaining Salesforce records to support over 300 investors and their advisors.
