Operations Section Supervisor

The Operations Section Supervisor oversees all aspects of production and manufacturing operations at the Phoenix plant, leading a large multi-shift team to ensure safe and effective performance. This role is responsible for production planning, driving safety and quality cultures, and optimizing efficiency, cost, and throughput through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
