The Operations Specialist, Command Centre supports enterprise-wide hospital operational coordination and patient flow optimization across the KPJ Health System network. This role acts as an operational liaison between the Command Centre and hospitals, ensuring timely coordination of interventions, capacity management, and issue resolution.
