Operations Specialist – Employee Relations (ER)

The Operations Specialist – Employee Relations (ER) provides expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations policies and processes, primarily over the phone. This role involves end-to-end case management for ER issues, ensuring compliance with policy and GDPR while coaching managers to mitigate business risk. The position also includes opportunities to undertake project work and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Employee Relations service.
