Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the IRC Denver office front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting IT, supply chain, and facilities functions. This in-person role requires managing client interactions, coordinating safety protocols, and maintaining office infrastructure within a multicultural, fast-paced humanitarian setting. Candidates will act as the first face for guests, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and assist with vendor billing and inventory tracking.
