The Operations Specialist will act as the primary contact for operational activities, coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to execute booking requests and manage transport logistics. The role involves monitoring the Order to Booking Process, ensuring compliance with turn time requirements and service level agreements, and providing on‑call support during weekends and public holidays.
