The Operations Specialist will work alongside the Senior Operations Lead to execute design ingestion, processing, and delivery, providing parallel capacity and fallback coverage as the team scales. This individual contributor role focuses on hands‑on data entry, component analysis, and pipeline management to improve throughput, quality, and predictability of electronics design validation.
Cadstrom is a cloud-based automated PCB validation platform that checks schematics using hybrid analysis — AI combined with deterministic circuit checks — to catch errors before fabrication, preventing costly respins and saving weeks of development time. It automates checks like voltage compatibility, bus signal routing (I2C/SPI/UART), logic polarity, and component ratings/margins, and supports Altium, Cadence, Siemens, and KiCad for medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. Cadstrom emphasizes security and IP protection (end-to-end encryption, SOC 2 compliance, and no use of customer IP to train models) and complements simulation and peer review by catching fundamental design mistakes early at the schematic stage.
