Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist provides support to the sales process for contract activation and funding of settlements in line with DLL processes and vendor agreements. This role ensures that all settlement transactions are processed timely and accurately while maintaining compliance with company policies and guaranteeing customer focus. The position reports to the Operations Manager ANZ and is responsible for managing the workflow from settlement to funding to meet new business targets.
