Operations Specialist

This role supports the monitoring of national transportation systems and the management of emergency situations by gathering information from various communication channels and disseminating critical updates to leadership. The position involves maintaining situational awareness, coordinating with federal and state agencies, and ensuring the timely preparation of reports and alerts for senior decision-makers. Additionally, the specialist manages secure and non-secure video teleconferences, maintains necessary security accounts, and provides training and backup support to the TOC team.
