The Operations Strategy Lead acts as a key strategic partner to the fulfillment leadership team, architecting high-level scaling initiatives for global supply chain and logistics. This role involves managing complex operational transitions, driving New Product Introduction readiness, and building data-driven models for market expansion and inventory optimization. Positioned as a 'right hand' to leadership, the candidate will translate executive vision into physical supply chain realities while mentoring a global team.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of global fulfillment and logistics roadmap
Oversee end-to-end management of heavy lift operational transitions including warehouse launches
Direct cross-functional alignment for New Product Introductions ensuring seamless global launches
Implement continuous improvement by identifying systemic bottlenecks in the Order-to-Delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with Finance and leadership to build scenario models for market expansion
