About this role
Pratt & Whitney is hiring a Cell Leader (M2) for the Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations to oversee repair operations and lead a team within the engine assembly environment. The role supports an alternate workweek shift (Thursday–Sunday) and works closely with cross-functional leads to ensure operational goals are met. Training may require temporary assignment to first shift.
