Operations Supervisor-Building Maintenance

The Operations Supervisor-Building Maintenance directs the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of site buildings and systems, including HVAC, structural, electrical, and internal building utilities, across over 5 million square feet of Argonne facilities. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and resolving employee and service issues in compliance with policies and collective bargaining agreements. The position requires strong technical knowledge of building systems, experience in data analysis, and the ability to model core values of impact, safety, respect, integrity, and teamwork.
