The role is critical for ensuring efficient vehicle operations, optimizing driver schedules, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the fleet. This position reports to the Head of Operations and involves recruiting drivers, enforcing safety protocols, and managing fleet maintenance and readiness.

Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and hire qualified truck drivers for the fleet
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all DOT regulations
Manage daily route planning to ensure on-time deliveries
Oversee timely preventative maintenance and repair scheduling for assigned trucks
Analyze driver performance metrics to identify operational improvements
