Operations Supervisor, Testing

The Operations Supervisor, Testing oversees daily autonomous vehicle test operations, leading a team of Test Specialists, Safety Drivers, and Assisted Autonomy Operators to ensure safe and efficient execution. This role combines hands-on technical support with people leadership, managing shift performance, enforcing safety standards, and collaborating with Engineering to improve test execution and data quality.
